Welcome to ACardioTraining. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our home cardio machine guides, including treadmill and elliptical reviews, recommendations, and related content.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ACardioTraining you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or its resources related to treadmills, ellipticals, or other home cardio equipment.
Use license
ACardioTraining grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial use (for example, researching treadmills or elliptical machines). You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any content from this site without our prior written permission, and you must not remove any copyright or proprietary notices when sharing permitted excerpts.
Disclaimer of warranties
All content on ACardioTraining is provided ‘as is’ and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that product recommendations, specifications, or fitness advice are error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or will achieve specific results for your home cardio goals.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on ACardioTraining are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you purchase through those links at no additional cost to you. Affiliate commissions do not influence our editorial opinions; any material connection to a product or manufacturer will be disclosed where applicable.
Content and review policy
We evaluate treadmills, ellipticals, and accessories using consistent criteria—performance, durability, build quality, noise, ergonomics, features, warranty, and value—based on manufacturer specifications, warranty terms, owner feedback and independent research. Our reviews aim to be objective, up-to-date, and clearly labeled; we fact-check specifications and disclose testing methods or limitations in each article.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACardioTraining and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on our recommendations, or operation of any treadmill or elliptical sourced as a result of our content. You accept responsibility for all decisions and risks associated with purchasing, assembling, maintaining, and using home cardio equipment.
Accuracy of content
We strive to keep specifications, prices, and product availability accurate, but manufacturers update models and data frequently; ACardioTraining does not guarantee that information is current or complete. Always verify critical specifications, pricing, and warranty details with the manufacturer or seller before purchasing or installing a treadmill or elliptical.
Safety notice
Using treadmills and ellipticals carries inherent risks—consult your physician before starting any exercise program, follow the manufacturer’s assembly and operating instructions, secure equipment on a level surface, use safety features (such as treadmill safety keys), wear appropriate footwear, and keep children and pets away during operation.
User conduct expectations
When interacting with ACardioTraining—comments, reviews, or forum posts—be respectful, accurate, and lawful; do not post spam, defamatory statements, hateful content, or copyrighted material you do not own. We reserve the right to remove or edit user submissions and to suspend or ban accounts that violate these expectations.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit ACardioTraining; please review the ACardioTraining Privacy Policy.

ACardioTraining may modify these Terms of Service at any time; we will post updates on this page and indicate the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
