It should be remembered that very often, the stepper is confused with the step and vice versa, also because of the habit of many to call the stepper with the name step. Still, they are two very different tools, and it is good to indicate their characteristics before continuing with this guide.
- The step, which is also very common both in gyms and in homes, is simply a step that can be placed on the ground and above which exercises are usually performed to the rhythm of the music.
